Subject: New shower in Swift Biarritz
Good morning
Barry from Plastic Shower Specialists (PSS) arrived bang on time as arranged on Wednesday 25th September and we vacated our caravan, as requested, so that he could work unimpeded. He warned us that he might need a bit of time the following day to finish off if he hit any snags.
At about 1530hrs he gave me a call and said that he’d finished the work and invited us to come and look at it. He had done a magnificent job and left the bathroom, and caravan, very clean.
We are yet to use the shower, as we went home on the evening he had done the work, but will be back at our caravan early next week to use it.
We are very pleased with the result and would like to thank you at Lloyds for organising the change of showers and Barry of PSS for doing such great work.

We had our shower done on Tuesday 14th March by Darren as you know.
We are so pleased with the work. The shower now looks better than some new caravans we have seen.

Darren came to fit a new shower in our mobile home. Absolutely fantastic service. We can't express enough how pleased we are.
He traveled all the way from Hull. He is a lovely man and if we ever have anymore problems he will be the first person we call.

Hi Barry
Following your recent visit to us in Redditch to replace two walls in our 4 year old Coachman caravan shower cubicle, we wanted to thank you for the excellent job you carried out.
When I found cracks on 2 walls of our caravan shower cubicle while we were away on holiday in September this year it was so upsetting.
Thankfully, thanks to caravan forums and reading glowing reviews from your previous customers I found Plastic Shower Specialists in Hull (PSS).
Everyone I dealt with at PSS, Barry, Yvonne & Stacey were friendly and professional and as soon as I contacted PSS I felt reassured that we were in safe hands.
The replacement of two of the walls in our shower was carried out by Barry to the highest standard and with the utmost care and my husband and I have both commented that the shower looks better now than when it was new.
I would have no hesitation in recommending PSS.
Thank you Barry for returning our shower to its original pristine condition, you did an outstanding job and we cannot thank you enough for all your efforts.

I want to compliment PSS for the excellent work carried out by Darren when replacing the shower tray in our motorhome.
He listened to our concerns about the original tray & fitted the new tray making sure there was no flex around the plug hole.
He even covered over the old yellowing sealant on the wall of the shower cubicle. It looks brand new, and we are delighted.
Great customer service from Yvonne in the
office, & a highly professional job carried out by Darren.
I have no hesitation in recommending PSS.

I cannot express enough how amazing Darren is! We recently discovered an issue with our brand new motorhome's shower: the packing that was supposed to be under the shower for support was missing. This caused the silicone seal to come away around a large area, allowing water to get under the shower unit. Darren came to our home to fix the problem, and he did an absolutely perfect job.
I don't blame anyone for the fault during the motorhome's building because we're all human and all make errors. The service from the motorhome makers has been excellent, especially by arranging for Darren to come to our home. His workmanship is impeccable, and his tidiness left no signs of any work being done. It looks brand new all over again!

(I'm not naming the make of the motorhome cos I don't want to give them bad publicity as they have been excellent in dealing with this fault in a speedy manner and under their warranty.) Debbie
